Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days after your retainer(s) have been delivered. If 60 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Whether used, damaged, or modified, your retainer(s) will be eligible for a full refund or exchange during the 60 day guarantee period.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Typical refund processing times:

PayPal: Instant

Credit or Debit card: up to 8 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
