Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days after your retainer(s) have been delivered. If 90 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Whether used, damaged, or modified, your retainer(s) will be eligible for a full refund or exchange during the 90 day guarantee period.
