Once we've received your impressions, your retainers will be manufactured within 4-6 days, and dispatched via a next-day courier service.
We’ll be happy to work with your own models or impressions. Please get in touch with our team with photos of your models so we can confirm we’re able to work on them for you before ordering.
When you order an appliance from your dentist they’ll take your impressions. These impressions are then sent over to dental labs, such as us, where they’ll be used to manufacture your appliances which are returned to your dentist. Your dentist will then mark up the price & provide them to you. As you’re providing your impressions direct to our lab, we’re able to offer you much more affordable retainers directly, without the need for appointments.

    I had a small issue with getting the moulds made but customer service was fantastic helping me with everything and getting them done properly. Now they've been recieved they're a lovely fit & are sturdy as they should be. Very happy with the service I've recieved and will be recommending this company to others for sure.

    The final product is great and fits well. I had the retainers made off of moulds I already had from else where. That is where the slight issue came where I had to make sure that they didn't send out new moulds etc. I think if there was a check box at the payment stage it may make it a little easier. Other than that the communication was clear prompt and regular. delivery came in good time.

    I've used this company 3 times now and the experience has always been the excellent. Shipping is aleays quick and whilst making your moulds can be a bit cumbersome there's no getting around that AFAIK but it's easy enough. Getting my retainers back was fast enough and support has always been dead friendly and helpful if I've ever ran into any issues or needed advice about how to keep them clean. Overall I'd highly recommend these guys, I've never had any problems and will be back in the future for more retainers if & when needed.
